  • RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of our all-natural products, and the fact that we do not know what occurs with a product after we ship thus we cannot add it back to stock, we do not accept returns. Generally we do not issue refunds however if you receive a defective product (not likely!!) please let us know.

  • SENSITIVITY 

Each product listing cites every ingredient. If you know you have a sensitivity to any ingredient then please do not purchase a product containing that ingredient. It is the way of the natural world that some people have sensitivity to some things. If you are in doubt always try an allergy patch test and if irritation occurs, discontinue use of the product.   • SHIPPING

We ship via USPS, and you have the choice of First Class Mail or Priority Mail. In the warmer months e.g., May through September, we strongly encourage you to opt for Priority Mail for lotion bars because if they stay too long in a hot truck likely they will melt.
